When a woman’s body is found on the Mill Dam Trail beneath a disused rail bridge, DI Stratton and the Homicide Unit travel to the quaint Tasmanian village of Longford.
It appears to be a straightforward homicide until they discover a bizarre coincidence – the victim had been grieving the suicide of her partner only days earlier.
An incompetent forensic pathologist, three dubious siblings with outdated beliefs, and the interwoven relationships of a small town add layers of complexity.
